Its by-right list is essentially manufacturing/fabricating/processing/assembly plus warehouses and storage buildings, subject to a strict performance standard: no dust, smoke, gas, fumes, odour, noise, vibration or excessive light may cross the property line, and the use must not create traffic or parking problems.
