In current West Palm Beach zoning, CPD is the CityPlace District established at Sec. 94-115 within Article IV, Downtown Master Plan Urban Regulations (Chapter 94). It is a downtown, pedestrian-oriented mixed-use district covering the CityPlace/Rosemary Square area, permitting ground-floor retail, restaurants, personal services, offices, hotel and residential above, with entertainment/assembly and late-night alcohol uses generally requiring extra requirements or special-use approval.
