Industrial Park of Commerce (LDR Sec. 23.3-24) — NOTE: not 'Planned Office Center' Lake Worth, Florida

I-POC is the City of Lake Worth Beach's primary industrial/flex district (Chapter 23 LDRs, Article 3, Division 5, Sec. 23.3-24). Its stated intent is to allow establishment and enlargement of office, manufacturing and light industrial uses without restriction on traffic-generating characteristics, plus other uses compatible with industrial operations.

StandardOpen/outdoor storage in industrial districts must be fully enclosed by an opaque fence or wall, 6 ft min to 8 ft max height, set back to the minimum building setback line.
StandardI-POC is exempt from the citywide rule requiring parking for a single use to be on the same lot - off-site/shared parking flexibility.
StandardChain link fencing not permitted forward of the front building setback line or abutting public rights-of-way (except alleys); visible chain link requires landscape screening.
