Planned Commercial (PC) District Delray Beach, Florida

Delray Beach's district for larger, unified commercial developments - generally sites over five acres, or smaller specialty centers and high-visibility corridors where a planned layout is wanted. Its use list is essentially the General Commercial (GC) list adopted by reference, so retail, offices, medical, restaurants and personal services are permitted by right, plus automobile brokerage with display inside an enclosed building.
