Boca Raton's light industrial district and the most tenant-flexible industrial zone in the city. For automotive tenants it is unusually accommodating - service and repair garages, body and fender work within enclosed buildings, motorcycle sales and repair, tire vulcanizing and recapping, car washes and filling stations are all by-right uses.
