Boca Raton's general commercial district, created by Ord. 5461 (2018). 28-934. That list is CLOSED - the code states expressly that any use not listed as permitted or conditional is prohibited, so there is no room to argue a use in by analogy. General retail, restaurants, offices, medical, personal services, fitness, hotels and regional shopping centres are by right.
